Assistant Vice President of lending
Frederick joined FINANTA in 2008 with more than 30 years of experience in international small business development, residential mortgage lending, and consulting. Frederick manages the administration of FINANTA mortgage products targeting first-time homebuyers and provides credit-building services and homeownership counseling to individuals and families preparing to become homeowners. He also manages Project Reinvest: Homeownership, a down payment assistance loan program that FINANTA implements in partnership with New Kensington Community Development Corporation. In his prior role as a consultant, Frederick led projects involving first-time technology deployment, key personnel training, market analysis, product implementation, and sales training. For the past 10 years, Frederick has been dedicated to mortgage lending for first-time homebuyers. Frederick holds a Bachelor of Biology from the University of Puerto Rico.
Page joined FINANTA in 2017 with over 30 years of business development, business relationship management, and workforce development experience at non- and for-profit organizations in the Philadelphia region. Prior to joining the FINANTA team, Page led various economic development projects at a community development corporation targeted to small business development. She was a Director at the Philadelphia Academies, Inc. where she worked for 18 years promoting the career-academy model with a focus on career-academy board management, workforce pipelines, and workforce development for high school students. As Microlending Officer, Page delivers Affinity Group Lending products and services and develops the program’s customer base. She also provides technical assistance and training to Affinity Group Lending Program participants. Page has a degree from Temple University and has been a Rotarian the Philadelphia area for 20 years.
Financial Capability Officer
Dayiana joined the FINANTA team in 2015 with five years of experience in database and program coordination and housing counseling, including rental, credit, home purchasing, post-homeowner counseling, and mortgage foreclosure intervention and prevention. In her first position at FINANTA, she was responsible for loan servicing. As Financial Capability Officer, Dayiana empowers and strengthens the communities FINANTA serves by providing hands-on technical assistance to entrepreneurs, consumers, and homebuyers and teaching individuals how to access critical socioeconomic resources, improve their credit, and build their assets. Dayiana has a degree in Criminal Justice and is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration.
